Good afternoon, guys. I've been trying to create a BM in my old personal account for 1 month (I haven't used it for a long time) and I just can't create it, because when I fill in things to create and press the create button, the following message appears: "You can't use this feature at the moment".

My account has no identity confirmation. Can anyone help me? I'm very new to these matters. If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it.
