I am facing an issue with an advertising account. I linked campaigns to it, and even after they are marked as active, they are not spending.

I have tried the following actions:

• Increased the budget to force spending;
• Duplicated the campaigns;
• Checked the target audience;
• Confirmed the campaign and ad manager dates;
• Verified the payment method, and everything is correct, with no errors.

Despite this, the campaigns remain active but do not spend. When they do spend, they only use 14% of the daily budget and then stop. My daily limit is high, but the problem persists.

Has anyone else experienced this or is dealing with it now? Any suggestions?
