Programme : binom + magicchecker
Both are on trial. where binom is for one month and magicchecker is for half a month
Binom: very good service, even though I am a trial user. Very attentive and patient.
magicchecker: First of all, the technology is very good. But the customer service rarely replies to me. I registered a new account towards the end of my trial period. I quickly realised this was a bad move. I tried to contact customer service, but they didn't reply to me very often. I contacted support in the morning wanting to pay directly instead of trying it out. But I felt the support staff were busy and didn't get back to me. By the end of the day, my account had been banned again for using multiple accounts. I contacted support in the morning to pay but did not get a reply. So I am a bit upset with this magicchecker. Technically great, but the after sales is not as attentive as Binom
